The Yeats Room

The William Butler Yeats Room, upstairs in the main house, graciously sized, is furnished with Eastlake antiques and a converted Victorian dresser as the sink. The shower and water closet are in a private room.  The king size bed has a padded tapestry headboard. Textures and colors would have made the poet comfortable.

The Tennyson Room

The Alfred Lord Tennyson Room, upstairs in the main house, is furnished with a queen size Victorian iron bed. It has been decorated in a black and white toile with accents of red. A footed tub and sink in the room and a private water closet comprise the bathroom facilities. The coordinated wallpaper and fabrics might have graced an English country manor in the poet's time.

The Wilde Room

Reminiscent of the poet's London garret quarters, the Oscar Wilde Room is decorated in warm earth tones with steel blue and accents of deep red. A king bed with an iron headboard invites you to snuggle up and laze the day away.  A Jacuzzi tub for two which sits in the room makes this room a favorite for romantic getaways. There is a private half bath.  Mahogany antiques accent this elegant room with its lovely view overlooking the garden areas. Wilde is located upstairs in the main house.

The Dickinson Room

The Emily Dickinson Room is upstairs in the Carriage House.  This newly redecorated room features a warm sage green color and is complemented by brocade bed coverings.  A king size bed and half canopy, mahogany antique dresser, two comfortable chairs and a shower in the private bath complete this romantic room which Emily Dickinson would not have wanted to leave.

The Keats Room

The John Keats Room is upstairs in the Carriage House. This luxurious room is decorated in a deep wine color with cream accents (like the Italian villas the poet loved) and has a padded king size headboard. The main feature of this room is a whirlpool tub for two with a large separate shower in the private bathroom.
